Some projects are defined by the house, others are defined by the people. Deeply rooted in Highland Park and full of vision for what came next, these clients came to ANDREA GOLDMAN with a clear intention: to build something truly special. Together, they devised a plan for a home that felt like a celebration of the life they'd built and the way they wanted to live. The energy and excitement they brought to the process was contagious. So much so that they ultimately sought out a different plot altogether, ensuring the architecture and land could fully rise to the occasion.
The project became a true ensemble effort, with the architect, builder, landscape team, and the ANDREA GOLDMAN forming a kind of professional family. That sense of mutual respect and joy shows up in the finished home, where spaces feel celebratory yet calm, elevated yet easy to inhabit. Every room carries a sense of gratitude… for the view, for the light, for this chapter of life. And the design honors that by prioritizing comfort without sacrificing one ounce of refinement.
